My new vaulting partner- Danielle !

I meet new partners all over the country- here is the latest! We met at Valley View in L.A. and we've got big plans for a pairs routine so look for more pictures of us in the future.

Earth Day and Acroyoga

I have taken a few Acroyoga classes and I really enjoy the unique group of people and skill sets I encounter there. When I found out about their Earth Day plans to build large "Peace Pyramids" I wanted to make sure I was at least there to see it. I ended up being a part of a 4 high pyramid including about 20 people! The Earth Fair was probaly one of the most Un-Earth-Friendly events I've seen but atleast the Acroyogi's hearts were in the right place. The Peace Pyramids take a great deal of trust, cooperation, patients, inner strength and thought. Promise- we left no physical trace on our environment either! Just impressions on the participants and the observers. Happy Earth Day!

The pictures- I finally got to see someone play the Spreckels Pipe Organ while at Earth Day- soooo cool.

A group of people spinning hoops and staff near a huge drum circle.

Folded Leaf pose after our pyramid bulding adventure (no pictures of the pyramid yet but if I find one- I will post it!)

Mara- my acroyoga instructor showing her stuff! I keep trying to tell her she has to come try it on the back of the horse next! Can you believe even she thinks I'm crazy!

My first new friend from Delaware!!!

I met Picara at a dinner party I went to with my new friends- Melissa and Charles (hopefully I can get some pictures of them soon:) She was very intrigued that I had mentioned Delaware a few times in a conversation she over heard and it happened to be because she grew up in Wilmington. Visit her website to check her out:)

If you didn't see this coming.... you don't know me very well!!!

Hoops and Vaulting!

After poor Dan realized that we weren't going to kill him with that strange round hoop- I think he quite enjoyed the experience:) More of these pictures to come I am sure!

NashVegas!

My visit to see Sam and my parents in Nashville was fabulous- a bit crazy but definitely well worth the crazy long flights Brody and I took to get there- that's right- I took Brody! She met the pilots and a ton of other people- she's so popular:)
Either way- the pictures are from a dinner theater Sam and I took my parents too, and of Sam's parachute demo team at the Nashville Super Speedway. I got to be there as Sam addressed thousands of people and then we got to go down in the pit and watch all the action! I am not normally too into NASCAR but it was a really exciting day. We went to see Saltimbanco- a Cirque Du Soleil show the next day but they wouldn't let my camera in and we forgot to take any pictures after that!
