My apartment in San Diego

This is Rancho Bernardo- where the sun shines, a gentle breeze flows and golf carts roam freely.

Pics of the awesomeness of Ocean Beach ....

The pics are of Flow Class- a freestyle spinning session where people practice, teach and just have fun!! After is pizza beer and fire!!! Mostly people spin staff (the pole), POI, hoops, along with some juggling and acrobatics. This was the best way to spend Monday nites in San Diego!

Brody's first horse ride:)

Brody and Babe met this weekend and I think she's a pretty natural vaulter- note the picture of her performing the "box"- haha. She didn't seem to upset really- crying and everything but she always does that. haha Maybe we'll go back this weekend....

If you get the chance- it's a must see!! The bears were by far my favorite. Most of the animals were sleeping this afternoon- haha

New friends and new hoops!

Jem and Drew of Hoop-Love stopped by for a hoop making idea swap of sorts where we worked on some new plans for collapsible hoops. My new friends Rose and Gremlin also stopped over to give hoop making a try. What a great afternoon spreading the Hoop love!
First picture is Jem and her new collapsible hoop. The second is another firend who came over to make hoops this week- Lara is a traveling nurse! The final picture is our hoop makin group shot:)
