My Palm Springs Paradise....Namaste Jeffery's!

This is where I live! The mountain is right at the end of the road- like a 10 minute walk!! So cool! Believe it or not- I haven't even been swimming yet! But we spend a lot of time by the pool bbq-in' and hoopin' it up- not to mention soaking my feet after all that workin' out! I am less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs and spend alot of my time there:)

Some of my favorite pics so far of the local scene. There's the walk of fame downtown and my favorite burger joint- Grill-a-burger (aka-Gorilla Burger). The pic of the two trees and the mountain is the view at the end of my road- its so close that the other day I took a walk with my hoop to go touch the mountain and then I walked back to the house:)There are palm trees everywhere but why wouldn't there be- I'm living in a beautiful desert oasis where the sun is hot and the mist from the local shops and restaurants is cool!!! I highly recommend retiring here- people age very slowly and happily here it seems.

This weekend I set up shop at a vaulting competition and everyone hooped it up- when they weren't vaulting of course! Pictures include some of my vaulting team mates- Peter, Ian and Geoff.

My apartment in San Diego

This is Rancho Bernardo- where the sun shines, a gentle breeze flows and golf carts roam freely.

Pics of the awesomeness of Ocean Beach ....

The pics are of Flow Class- a freestyle spinning session where people practice, teach and just have fun!! After is pizza beer and fire!!! Mostly people spin staff (the pole), POI, hoops, along with some juggling and acrobatics. This was the best way to spend Monday nites in San Diego!

Brody and Babe met this weekend and I think she's a pretty natural vaulter- note the picture of her performing the "box"- haha. She didn't seem to upset really- crying and everything but she always does that. haha Maybe we'll go back this weekend....
